Information regarding the processing of personal data of the user of the Luckey Web program
According to the art. 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 the company Sofia S.r.l. Piazza della Vittoria 47 - 26900, Lodi (LO), e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org, the Data Controller of the data of the User, informs you that the data provided within the use of this program and, subsequently, during the execution of the contract, will be processed exclusively on electronic media for the sole purpose of fulfilling the contract concluded and for the consequent accounting and tax purposes.
The data processing will be based on the principles of lawfulness, purpose, transparency, correctness, quality, relevance and not excess, in respect of the rights and its fundamental freedoms as well as dignity, with particular reference to the protection of privacy and personal identity, as well as the right to data protection.
The data will be processed, without the need for consent, for the fulfillment of the concluded license agreement and, in any case, for the consequent and exclusive accounting and fiscal purposes, in order to fulfill the relative legal obligations, and is therefore based on the need to fulfill the contract of which the interested party is a part and to fulfill the legal obligations imposed on the holder.
The provision of the requested data and, in any case, transmitted during the execution of the contract is not in any way mandatory but a refusal to supply them could prevent the use of the program and / or obtain the services resulting from the use of the same.
The data will not be disclosed but may be communicated to the subjects to whom the communication is necessary for the fulfillment of legal obligations such as, for example, the Agenzia delle Entrate (Italian Revenue Agency), just as they may be made available to the subjects designated as responsible of processing such as, for example, the persons designated for accounting purposes.
Your data will also be made available to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller and of the Data Processors specifically authorized for processing, trained in the obligations arising from the legislation on the protection of personal data.
Your data will be processed for the purpose of executing contractual obligations until the termination of the concluded license agreement; afterwards, for accounting and tax purposes, they will be kept for the time imposed by the accounting and tax law of the Italian State.
The interested party has the right to access the data as well as, in the foreseen cases, to request rectification, deletion or portability with another holder, as well as having the right to request the limitation of the processing or to oppose it.
The current legislation also grants you the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority of the EU State where the interested party habitually resides, where he works or where the violation occurred.
